Bahati Satir Omar also called UWEZO Daddy possess a wide range of experience in advocacy, empowerment and program management from disability and development sector.

He has worked with organizations and groups of persons with disabilities for over 10 years in Rwanda and as well engaged with a number of initiatives at the grassroot, national, regional and international levels.

His passion and zeal for the positive social change in the lives of persons with disabilities is rooted from the adversities he experienced and from his desire to enable his fellows live an enjoyable life despite having impairments.

He is a Mandela Washington Fellow 2016 Class, a social entrepreneur, a mentor, a coach and a role model to the young.

Bahati is super connected with global networks of changemakers and disability activists around the world and as well built partnerships with a number of stakeholders with in Rwanda and across the world.

Bahati loves making friends, trekking, jokes, sports, adventure, doing mimicry and others
